Progress Reports

As well as posting about my diet and exercise regime, I’m going to record my weight loss (hopefully there won’t be any gains). Sunday will by my check-in day. For the moment I’m only going to record my weight but later, when I get organised and buy a tape measure, I’ll record all my measurements.

I’m using Calorie King to record how many calories I consume and use everyday. I think it’s a great resource and well worth signing up for if you need help and motivation to lose weight. Current weight: 180 lbs
